Cross Cultural Mediation Training

We design and deliver speicalist training on mediation in across cultures both at introductory and advanced level.
Training is participatory, hands on and involves practice based learning. It is conducted by experienced mediators who have worked in diverse abd complex cross cultural settings including UN programs, international development, conflict affected settings, international business and international relations.
Learning outcomes
- Explore factors underpinning conflict in all its forms
- Establish clear definitions of mediation including an exploration of its cultural boundedness.
- Clarify the role of the mediator as it applies to your context
- Develop core sills and tools for using mediation in a range of settings.
