Cultural Safety
This workshop looks at how to create a culturally safe workplace both for staff and interaction with clients.
It discusses aspects of how to create an enabling environment that welcomes and appreciates cultural diversity and difference rather than making it a challenge or barrier to be 'managed'.
Training can be customised to focus on specific workplace issues or include a diverse range of participats sharing experiences and stsrtegis across sectors.
